{"id":1986,"date":"2018-08-10T14:45:15","date_gmt":"2018-08-10T18:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/control-h.org\/blog\/wordpress\/?p=1111"},"modified":"2018-08-10T14:45:15","modified_gmt":"2018-08-10T18:45:15","slug":"twenty-two-8-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/control-h.org\/index.php\/2018\/08\/10\/twenty-two-8-12\/","title":{"rendered":"Twenty-two (8\/10)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Free-writing on this one.<br \/>\nSo what&#8217;s up with me.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>((long description baleeted))\u00a0 I&#8217;m not getting my infusion until next week.\u00a0 This sucks more than I can even say.\u00a0 When we move, if we&#8217;re close to the neurology clinic, I&#8217;m getting away from this bunch of incompetent folks.<\/li>\n<li>Trying to figure out how to deal with household problems is tough when you&#8217;re hours away.<\/li>\n<li>The new dentist I visited this morning has this weird paint-on fluoride he&#8217;s using.\u00a0 It feels strange.<\/li>\n<li>I really do like my job, and I feel strange not working during the day.\u00a0 But I ran out of billable hours, so I&#8217;ll deal with the alone time.<\/li>\n<li>Do I want lunch?\u00a0 I really didn&#8217;t eat breakfast because I was going to the dentist.<\/li>\n<li>Putting periods on a bulleted list feels very wrong.\u00a0 At the same time, if I had a 1980s MBA, everything I ever wrote would be in a bulleted-list.\u00a0 In Power Point.<\/li>\n<li>I did finally fill the final slot in the Fantasy Football league with my friend from college.\u00a0 With at least half the league being up here in NoVA, I&#8217;m hoping that people will be interested in doing a time or two of drinking.<\/li>\n<li>It took me three days to get through this one podcast.\u00a0 It&#8217;s incredible how completely out-of-touch some of the folks are.\u00a0 (And I can&#8217;t read that without hearing it in Bill O&#8217;Reilly&#8217;s voice.\u00a0 Fuck it.\u00a0 We&#8217;ll do it live!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I could keep writing, but the motivation has completely vanished.<br \/>\nI wish there was beer delivery here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Free-writing on this one.
